If you've ever worked on a sport, film, TV or other production you know the drill: chasing down and distributing endless paperwork from and to the crew, juggling last-minute schedule changes, and trying to keep dozens (or hundreds) of crew members in the loop. It's a massive time suck - and one that usually ends in confusion and frustration (does “Read your flipping callsheet!!” ring any bells?)

Production teams often rely on a patchwork of spreadsheets, group chats, and email threads to manage crew logistics. And, inevitably, huge amounts of manual work (hands up if you've had the joy of putting together travel itineraries, contracts, or call sheets).

That might get the job done, but it's error-prone, inefficient, and stressful for everyone involved.
